Return Policy

In order to ensure your total satisfaction, you may exchange Pierre Limited products in accordance with the exchange policy set forth below. Exchanges of products which are not in compliance with the conditions and time frames set forth below may be rejected by Pierre Limited and will be sent back to you.

Exchange Period 

Pierre Limited allows the Customer or the Gift Recipient to exchange products purchased on the Website within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product. Exchanges are based on stock availability only.

Return Process

Products that have been purchased on the Website may be returned to the following address for an exchange: Pierre Limited, Suite 1404, Chinachem Hollywood Centre, 1-13 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Products that have not been purchased on the Website may NOT be returned.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must comply with the following steps:

  1. Send an email to with the order reference to receive the procedure details.
  1. Fill out the required information for returning the piece. 
  1. Include the completed return form with the product and its original box.
  1. Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid delivery label to it. 
  1. Drop the package at any DHL or FedEx location or call DHL or FedEx to arrange to pick-up.

For online purchases, international returns must be sent via DHL or FedEx and Pierre Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made with DHL or FedEx. Customers will take full responsibility for the products until they are delivered in perfect condition at the premises of Pierre Limited. Upon receiving your return, Pierre Limited will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the exchange policy.

You or the Gift Recipient, as the case may be, must keep a proof of return shipment, and Pierre Limited accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by Pierre Limited  will be eligible for an exchange.

If you wish to exchange a product, Pierre Limited will cover the return costs for shipping the goods sent in exchange of the initial order. If goods are exchanged for a second time, the cost of returning the goods and re-shipment will be payable by you.

Conditions to Exchange a Product

Pierre Limited exchange products must be returned in a new and unused state and tags and stickers should not have been removed from the products. Personalized Pierre Limited products cannot be returned to Pierre Limited for an exchange.

Please also return the original Marie-Hélène de Taillac box and delivery package, with all its accessories, the Product Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity, as applicable, and all other documents, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to the products. Failure to do so will respectively entitle Pierre Limited to refuse the products.

All exchange products will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Pierre Limited to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements.

If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Pierre Limited will proceed with the exchange.

Pierre Limited will send you an invoice which specifies the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the general product has been exchanged and the difference.

Should you return a product for exchange to Pierre Limited, you will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference, if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged item. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, you as applicable will be charged the difference in price.
